The article examines the conflictogenity of African subregions as a systemic factor generating massive flows of forced migration of minors. Based on theoretical approaches to the understanding of conflict, armed violence and their classification, the historical, ethnic, religious, socio-economic and resource-related causes of high conflict activity on the continent are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the role of militarization and illicit trafficking in small arms in the escalation of confrontations. A subregional differentiation of armed conflicts is presented with current examples from 2025–2026. Drawing on data from international organizations, the transformation of camps into spaces of vulnerability is substantiated as a result of violence, malnutrition, lack of education, psychological trauma, recruitment into armed groups and human trafficking. The insufficiency of UN system measures due to underfunding and mandate constraints is demonstrated. A prognostic scenario and recommendations for international organizations, host states and donors are proposed.

В статье исследуется конфликтогенность африканских субрегионов как системный фактор, порождающий массовые потоки вынужденной миграции несовершеннолетних. На основе теоретических подходов к пониманию конфликта, вооруженного насилия и их классификации анализируются исторические, этнические, религиозные, социально-экономические и ресурсные причины высокой конфликтной активности на континенте. Особое внимание уделяется роли милитаризации и незаконного оборота стрелкового оружия в эскалации противостояний. Представлена субрегиональная дифференциация вооруженных конфликтов с актуальными примерами 2025-2026 годов. На основе данных международных организаций обосновано превращение лагерей в пространства незащищенности вследствие проявления насилия, недоедания, отсутствия образования, психологических травм, вербовки в вооруженные группировки и торговли людьми. Показана недостаточность мер системы ООН из-за недофинансирования и мандатных ограничений. Предложен прогностический сценарий и рекомендации для международных организаций, принимающих государств и доноров.
